Trampolining

Jumping, twisting or doing somersaults while bouncing on a trampoline lets children use up their boundless energy in a fun manner. This is a great way to help your child improve on his or her movement coordination, balance and spatial awareness. Joining a school or local club is a possible way to introduce this sport to your child. Alternatively, consider having a trampoline in your garden for the whole family to enjoy!

Bouncing with health is a campaign to raise awareness of the health and fitness benefits of trampolining and combating the fast growing problem of child obesity.
