Golf

This traditional Scottish sport has been getting increasingly popular with young children in recent years. As a leisure pursuit, golf brings children outdoors and provides a chance for some physical activity. Most children also love the chance to hit at balls! Some benefits of engaging in golf include better body or postural awareness, balance, upper body strength, eye-hand coordination, etiquette and social conduct.

With golf being a family-friendly game, your whole family can participate and enjoy it together. As an individual activity, the child can pursue this hobby at a driving range or through private lessons with a golf instructor. Enrolment at a golf academy for lessons is another possibility.
